The Sessions
Our initial consultation will be an opportunity for you to talk through your difficulties and explore whether therapy would be appropriate for you. I believe it is essential that the client embarks upon therapy with someone with whom they feel comfortable, so this initial session will give you the opportunity to decide whether you feel I can help.
After this initial consultation we can agree to work together either for a fixed number of sessions or on an open-ended basis, reviewing this arrangement at regular intervals.
I prefer to meet weekly, as in my experience regular contact is the most effective approach.
The Cost
£60 payable at the beginning of each session.
The initial consultation takes an hour and all subsequent sessions are normally for 50 minutes.
A missed appointment will be charged in full, but should you need to re-arrange an appointment I will always endeavour to accommodate you.
